秋田市(あきたし）国際（こくさい）フェスタ2025／Akita City International Festa 2025

　「秋田市(あきたし)国際(こくさい)フェスタ2025」は、秋田市(あきたし)の姉妹都市(しまいとし)や、世界（せかい）の文化（ぶんか）をよく理解(りかい)してもらうために開催(かいさい)しています。
　今年も、【A】国(くに)ブースで自分(じぶん)の国(くに)を紹介(しょうかい)したり、【B】ステージでパフォーマンスをしたりする外国人住民(がいこくじんじゅうみん)を募集(ぼしゅう)します。 ぜひ参加(さんか)してください！

 “Akita City International Festa 2025” is being held to promote understanding of Akita City's sister cities and multiculturalism.
 This year, as always, we are looking for foreign residents who will be 【A】introducing their countries and cultures at the country booths or 【B】performing on stage. Please come along and participate!

【A】国（くに）ブースについて／ 【A】About the country booths

内容（ないよう）／Things to do at the exhibition booth

•  写真(しゃしん)や衣装(いしょう)の展示(てんじ)/ Display of pictures and/or costumes
• パンフレットの配布(はいふ)/ Distribution of pamphlets
• 文化(ぶんか)などの紹介(しょうかい)/ Explanation of home country and its cultures

注：机(つくえ)1台（だい）、椅子(いす)2脚（きゃく）、パネル1枚(まい)は、市(し)が準備(じゅんび)します。
*A table, two chairs and a panel board will be provided for each booth.

お願（ねが）い／Our Request

• 市(し)の職員(しょくいん)が、あなたの国（くに）を紹介（しょうかい）するパンフレットを作(つく)ります。内容（ないよう）を確認（かくにん）してもらうため、市(し)の職員(しょくいん)が何回(なんかい)か連絡(れんらく)をしますので、ご協力(きょうりょく)お願(ねが)いします。
  We will prepare the country’s booklet for your country booth. Please bear with us that it may take a few exchanges of emails until we finalize it.
   
• 当日(とうじつ)可能(かのう)であれば、自分(じぶん)の国(くに)の民族衣装(みんぞくいしょう)を着(き)て参加(さんか)してください！
  If it is possible for you (or your team), please come with your national costume!

申込（もうしこ）み方法（ほうほう）／ How to apply

• 申込書(もうしこみしょ)【A】をメールで送（おく）ってください。
  If you are interested, please send the application form 【A】 by email.
   
• ブースでは、物（もの）や体験（たいけん）を売（う）ることができます。
  希望（きぼう）する人（ひと）は、申込書（もうしこみしょ）【A−2】も送（おく）ってください。
  You may sell items such as miscellaneous goods, foods (limited to packaged products), and cross-cultural experience at your booth. If you are interested, please also submit the application form 【A-2】.

注意(ちゅうい)／Important Notes

• ボランティアですので、お礼(れい)のお金(かね)はもらえません。
  This is a voluntary activity and thus you will not be paid.
   
• 昼(ひる)ごはんはもらえません。自分(じぶん)で持(も)って来(く)るか、会場(かいじょう)で買(か)ってください。
  Lunch will not be provided. Please bring your own lunchbox or purchase one at the venue.
   
• アルヴェには無料(むりょう)の駐車場(ちゅうしゃじょう)や駐輪場(ちゅうりんじょう)はありません。アルヴェの有料(ゆうりょう)駐車場(ちゅうしゃじょう)を利用(りよう)するか、近（ちか）くの駐車場(ちゅうしゃじょう)を利用(りよう)してください。
  There are no free parking lots near ALVE. Please use paid parking lots of ALVE or other public parking lots around Akita Station.
